Dalla passione per la buona birra e per la storia della nostra città, nel 2007 nasce la Società Birra Venezia Srl con l’obbiettivo di unire qualità e tradizione, rilanciando sul mercato due marchi storici: Birra Venezia e Birra San Marco. Oggi, dopo oltre un secolo questi storici marchi sono tornati sul mercato.Le nostre birre vengono prodotte con l’utilizzo di materie prime altamente selezionate, puro malto d’orzo distico primaverile e acqua proveniente dalle sorgenti Dolomitiche seguendo il tradizionale processo di fermentazione e maturazione di 6 – 12 settimane.

From the passion for the history of our city combined with a passion for good beer, in the 2007 was founded Birra Venezia Company. With an objective of uniting quality and tradition, Birra Venezia has re-launched two historical brands on the market: Birra Venezia and Birra San Marco. Today, after more than a century these historical brands are being brought back to the market. Our beers, available in Italy and abroad, are produced using only the finest raw materials, carefully selected hops, two-row spring barley and the purest Dolomite spring water, following to the traditional process of fermentation and maturation of 6-12 weeks.
